Environmental Services Associate, Operating Room, Variable Shift, Part-time

Maintains an acceptable level of cleanliness and an improved aesthetic environment for the Surgical department; performs routine cleaning of operating rooms, nursing units, departments, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways. Assists Operating Room team with case cart, equipment, and supply needs; distributes, collects and processes linens; assists with cryo-machine, autoclave room, ordering food. Assists with transport and moving patients; gets inpatient beds, changes beds and gurneys as needed. Sets up rooms based on procedure and surgeon preference with proper equipment, beds and positioning adjuncts. Performs terminal cleaning of surgical suites daily; hallways, sterile processing, sterile core, sub-sterile rooms, anesthesia work room, ancillary rooms and other areas weekly. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
