Job Summary
Respond to customer requests for locker assistance and maintain the highest level of integrity when entering customer lockers. Maintain locker rooms through routine cleaning, refill toiletries and supplies, and monitor the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Clean and sanitize floors and surfaces, operate automatic washers and dryers, wash and fold linens, and replenish towels throughout the center. Empty trash, replace liners, break down used boxes, accept deliveries, and help set up conference rooms. Demonstrate complete knowledge of emergency and safety procedures and communicate with EMS as required.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire (provided by Power Wellness)
- Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive, service based manner
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor
- The ability to lift wet linens and cleaning supplies up to 25 lbs
- Must meet all safety requirements and certifications necessary to perform job duties
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of emergency and safety procedures and confidence communicating with EMS
- The ability to be flexible and accommodating as it relates to center hours and work schedules
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred
