Job Summary
Cleans and services guest, patient, public, clinical and administrative areas to maintain a clean and aseptic environment. Responsible for maintaining assigned areas in a clean, aseptic manner and assisting with restocking cafe and bar as needed. Performs duties with environmental services equipment (e.g., dust mop, wet mop, bucket and wringer, spray bottles, dustpan) and follows Joint Commission/CMS regulations. Supports special cleaning projects and room turnover; must be able to read, write, and understand English to follow instructions. Flexible schedule and minimal supervision requirements noted. Required Qualifications
- None (Education)
- Experience in operating environmental services equipment (including dust mop, wet mop, bucket and wringer, spray bottles, and dustpan)
- Preferred- 1 year relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write and speak/understand verbal communication in English
- Follows all current Joint Commission / CMS regulations pertaining to Environment of Care and Cleaning requirements
- Maintains Environmental closet and equipment in a clean, aseptic and orderly manner
- Ability to work flexible schedule when needed
