Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or Equivalent
• •experience working with the cleaning equipment and chemicals used in hospitals and healthcare centers
• •2-3 years
• •Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• •Ability to work independently but also be a team player
• •Good communication and comprehension skills
• •Must be available for Saturday shifts
• •Must be available for Sunday shifts
• •Must be available for shifts from 12:30pm to 9pm
• •Must be able to operate high- and low-speed floor stripping and buffing machines
• •Must be able to sweep, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors
• •Must be able to vacuum and shampoo carpets
• •Must be able to dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment
• •Must be able to clean walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, windows, sills, blinds, and glass surfaces
• •Must be able to empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles
• •Must be able to clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures
• •Must be able to replenish restroom supplies
• •Must be able to collect and remove debris from buildings and surrounding areas
• •Must be able to identify and report building maintenance needs
