Environmental Service Tech

Execute daily occupied and discharge/transfer cleaning and disinfection of patient care areas, equipment, and common zones. Maintain a clean, hygienic environment by following infection prevention protocols, including proper PPE donning and doffing, hand hygiene, and standard precautions. Manage cleaning carts and supplies while safely handling chemicals and waste streams, ensuring proper disposal for regulated medical, recycle, solid, and hazardous materials. Transport waste to appropriate disposal areas in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role supports patient safety and experience at a 443-bed acute care hospital within Dignity Health's Chandler Regional Medical Center.
