Job Summary

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to plan sampling and data collection for air, vapor, soil, surface water, groundwater, hazardous waste, and wastewater. Compile daily paperwork including field logs and drilling diagrams while troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems for remediation equipment. Oversee drilling operations, well construction, and soil logging, ensuring proper documentation, packaging, and shipping of environmental samples. Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling and maintain groundwater pump and treat systems. Work independently in the field at a large remediation facility, requiring weekend and holiday availability. Full-time role with a valid driver's license and undergraduate degree in geology or environmental science required.

  • Undergraduate degree in Geology or Environmental Science or related field (chemistry, biology, etc.)
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Have a valid Driver's License
  • Proficiency with standard applications in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Full-time position
  • Be required to be out-of-office, on site at a large facility undergoing environmental remediation
  • Some weekend and holiday work required

Desired Qualifications

  • One to five years of environmental consulting and remediation experience
  • Soil Sampling
  • Groundwater Sampling
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER and confined space certifications
