Job Summary
Administer the classroom in accordance with School Board policies, delivering instruction aligned to state standards and planning effective lessons that motivate students. Manage student behavior, supervise extracurricular activities, and facilitate collaboration with staff, parents, and public stakeholders. Complete all mandated trainings, including Project Read and ACT 260, and participate in departmental meetings, IEP conferences, and observation evaluations. Report grades promptly, maintain high attendance, and accept leadership responsibilities as assigned by the principal. Work 172 days under the direction of the School Principal.
