Job Summary
Lead, develop, and drive comprehensive Environmental & Safety (SHE) programs and policies to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance across manufacturing/construction environments. Provide technical guidance on SHE issues, conduct audits/inspections/investigations to identify and address risks, and deliver training for employees and contractors to foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety, Health, and Environment or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of Environmental & Safety Specialist experience in manufacturing or construction, with experience in chemical manufacturing a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant SHE regulations and best practices, including: Federal and state air, water, and waste regulations; EPCRA regulations and reporting; OSHA Standards, including Process Safety Management; NFPA Standards; TSCA reporting requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
