Job Summary

Lead, design, and conduct Human Health Risk Assessments (HHRA) and Ecological Risk Assessments (ERA) for major transportation projects, infrastructure developments, and contaminated sites; apply O. Reg. 153/04 requirements including MGRAs and vapour intrusion; develop risk management measures; support proposal writing, project scoping, and client relationship development; contribute to risk assessment strategy and staff development; collaborate with team to grow business; Ontario-qualified Person for Risk Assessment (QPRA) required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; 8+ years' experience in risk assessments; strong data analysis, communication, and mentoring skills.

Required Qualifications

  • QPRA designation in Ontario
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline
  • 8+ years' experience in human health and ecological risk assessments, brownfield remediation and risk management measures, or a related field
  • Experience with O.Reg. 153/04 guidance (MGRAs, vapour intrusion, risk management measures)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience training and mentoring staff on projects
  • Proven ability to lead and conduct HHRA and ERA for transportation/infrastructure projects
  • Ability to coalesce complex datasets and develop exposure models
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets or equivalent for data analysis

Desired Qualifications

  • QPRA designation
