Job Summary
Coordinate information from project teams and consultants to prepare regulatory submissions, authorizations, and plans for thermal and conventional operations. Compile data and conduct statistical analysis for annual or quarterly reports while assisting in documentation for Indigenous consultation requirements. Manage project commitments for specific assets and track approval conditions to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance using a software solution. Monitor regulatory publications and review project decisions to keep the department apprised of new requirements. Support advocacy efforts related to proposed regulatory changes and application issues. This 4-month work term in Calgary begins May 2027 with a 5-on, 2-off schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a recognized Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Law and Society, or related program
