Job Summary
Lead the planning and delivery of environmental and natural capital projects across multiple farming platforms, aligning project plans, budgets and timelines with operational priorities. Drive opportunities in carbon, biodiversity and environmental markets while collaborating with farm-management teams to ensure practical, commercially viable project outcomes. Balance strategic project planning with hands-on implementation, coordinating consultants, contractors and service providers, and maintaining reporting, compliance documentation and stakeholder communications. Bring practical, commercially focused project management experience in agriculture and natural capital, with strong organizational and analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS/mapping tools to support process improvements and best-practice delivery across the Natural Capital division.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Natural Resource Management, Business or related discipline
- Experience managing projects within agriculture, natural capital, sustainability, land development or related sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating teams, contractors and external providers
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and GIS/mapping applications
