Job Summary
Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and NEPA reviews for telecommunications and commercial real estate projects by visiting wireless facilities and commercial properties, reviewing historical records and regulatory databases, and drafting standardized reports per ASTM standards. Perform site visits two to four days per week, taking detailed notes and photographs, conducting interviews, and analyzing government database records including topographic maps and aerial photographs. Collect soil, groundwater, and indoor air samples for contamination analysis, perform QA/QC, and submit revised reports within established timelines. This role supports Trileaf's environmental due diligence services for wireless communications and commercial real estate clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Geography or related fields
- Must complete a comprehensive background check, including criminal history, education verification, employment verification and drug test

- 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
- Mold assessment/indoor air quality (IAQ) experience
- Licensed Asbestos/Lead-based paint Inspector
