Job Summary
Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and NEPA Review Reports for telecommunications and commercial real estate projects. Perform site visits to wireless facilities and properties, taking detailed field notes, photographs, and conducting interviews. Review regulatory files, historic data, title reports, and environmental databases to interpret findings and draft standardized reports per ASTM E-1527-13. Execute QA/QC to satisfy management and client timelines. This field-based role requires regular travel to project sites approximately three to four days per week, with occasional overnight trips. Candidates must be capable of outdoor fieldwork on uneven terrain, active construction sites, and industrial properties, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.

- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Geography or related fields
- Candidates should be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Candidates should be able to wear required PPE (respirators, safety glasses, hard hats, steel-toed boots) in outdoor weather conditions
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any required pre-employment background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience conducting one or more of the following assessments is welcomed but not mandatory: Phase I ESAs, NEPA assessments, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Asbestos/lead based paint inspections
- Previous HAZPOWER and/or ACM/LBP licensing
