Job Summary
Plan and execute environmental restoration projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques while supervising staff and overseeing contractors. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. Implement, monitor, and report on the company's health, safety, and environmental program. Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet applicable scope and budget requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in environmental restoration projects
- United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or other federal and state government agencies experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- High level of organization and productivity
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with board members, customers, employees, and shareholders
- 3-5 years of Government contracting experience
- 10 years of experience in environmental restoration or remediation projects at the supervisor or manager level
- Previous experience working with Alaska Native 8 (a) Corporations
- BS or BA in a science or engineering field
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products, including Excel
- Pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and/or random drug screen
- Pre-employment criminal background history check
