Job Summary
Conduct site walks to develop work scopes, estimates, and proposals while actively identifying prospective clients and pursuing up-sell opportunities. Own every job for assigned accounts, ensuring delivery meets required safety, quality, and profitability standards through strict adherence to corporate policies and all applicable regulations. Develop and communicate work orders with full documentation of job scope, time budgets, and contract specifications. Monitor daily project progress by communicating with assigned foremen and collaborate with Logistics Managers to ensure proper scheduling and resource allocation. Produce timely invoices and monitor collections for owned jobs.

- ability to travel overnight as required by business needs
- minimum of five (5) years of industry-related Supervisory or Account Management experience
- participation in and successful completion of continuing education training courses in occupational safety and environmental regulations as outlined by the MER employee development program
- successful completion of a pre-employment background and substance screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search
- High School diploma or equivalent
