Job Summary
Lead delivery of environmental projects for oil & gas facilities and sites, ensuring clear scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and execution plans from initiation through closeout; manage day-to-day project execution, including performance, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies, while coordinating internal teams and external partners to maintain delivery, quality, and commercial outcomes; provide regular communications and reporting for active oil & gas projects; coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and partner teams to uphold health and safety and quality standards; support digital field data collection and standardized reporting workflows; prepare and review technical and project deliverables and regulatory documentation; manage project risks and client issues with disciplined, no-surprises delivery; drive project closeout with lessons learned and handoffs across teams and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field
- PE or P. Eng will be highly regarded
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, including environmental remediation and site assessments, report writing, data management and interpretation, project management, and client management
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, project coordination, and occasional field or site visits is required
- Proven experience managing environmental projects with a focus on delivery consistency, documentation quality, and efficient coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards and data management practices that support compliance tracking and decision-making
