Job Summary
Environmental Project Manager responsible for leading project delivery from conception to completion, coordinating internal resources and client communication, ensuring timely and on-budget outcomes, managing scope and milestones, and advising on regulatory permitting strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, developing project messaging, tracking progress across task/time/cost, ensuring quality of client deliverables, hosting regular client and internal meetings, identifying risks and change orders, approving expenses and monitoring timesheets, and collaborating with Business Development on opportunities. Requires strong leadership, stakeholder relationship skills, and a solid foundation in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 5 years professional services consulting experience with external clients
- 3-5 years experience in project management
- Experience with environmental permitting and construction compliance
