Job Summary
Prepare planning and design documents, perform process design calculations, and develop project scopes with schedules. Coordinate work across assistant, associate, and technical staff while managing budget reviews, schedule progress reports, and project initiation paperwork. Direct team members on design tasks, maintain project records, and coordinate with clients and other teams. Serve as project manager to ensure deliverables meet client expectations on time and within budget. Assist with marketing, business development, and project proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental or civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 5+ years of relevant environmental or civil engineering experience, specifically with water / wastewater treatment or environmental design
- PE License
- Proficient with engineering tools, software, and methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
