Job Summary
Environmental Project Director leading environmental due diligence projects nationwide with responsibility for collection, documentation, analysis and reporting of field data, field sampling, task management, and client-facing communications. The role combines office and fieldwork to execute projects meeting technical, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements, leads CRE due diligence (Phase I & II ESAs), and renders final assessments as an environmental professional while coordinating with the EP team and utilizing the RADIUS platform across the country.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in engineering, geology, environmental science, biology, chemistry, physics or mathematics
- 3-5 years’ experience in CRE Due Diligence (Phase I & II ESAs)
- Experience with PCAs is a plus
- Ability to travel 3+ days a week (via plane/car)
- Must live within 60 minutes of a major airport
- Professional Geologist (PG) is a plus
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD compliant ESAs preferred but not required
- Asbestos, lead paint, radon licenses and training a plus
- Experience with interpreting and processing field/analytical data
- Experience in technical report writing
- Proficient in MS Office product lines
