Environmental Professional (Phase I/II ESA's)

Job Summary
Perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and conduct site assessments with groundwater/water quality monitoring in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulatory guidance. Review due diligence reports and apply knowledge of regulatory requirements to contamination assessment and remediation services. Maintain excellent communication skills for oral and written interactions while remaining willing to travel. Requires 2–4 years of experience with Phase I/II ESAs, contamination assessment/remediation, and/or indoor air quality/industrial hygiene services. Required Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of experience with Phase I/II ESAs, Contamination Assessment/Remediation Services, and/or Indoor Air Quality/Industrial Hygiene Services
- Experience with review of due diligence reports
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Willing to travel
