Environmental Professional III - Field Compliance

Senior Environmental Professional III leads environmental compliance across the Natural Gas Pipeline segment, directing regulatory engagement, end-to-end audits and corrective actions, and applying expert judgment to permit and compliance challenges. Responsibilities include mentoring entry-level staff, developing tools to collect compliance data, managing field inspections and permit processes for air (Title V), SPCC, waste, hydrostatic testing discharges, and project permitting, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting regulatory guidance, and leading improvements to compliance programs based on audit results. Requires strong knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations, ability to analyze permits and reports, effective communication and training skills, and experience managing multiple compliance systems across complex operating sites; typically 6-10 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in environmental, natural science, or engineering fields preferred.
