Job Summary
Environmental Professional leading and coordinating on-site investigations and remediation projects from CT offices; duties include planning and executing investigations, leading field activities, performing analyses and data reviews, preparing technical and regulatory documentation, developing site-specific health and safety plans, mentoring junior staff, supporting business development, and maintaining strong client, regulator, and subcontractor relationships, with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends and regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of professional environmental experience; consulting experience preferred.
- Current 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification with up-to-date 8-hour refresher training.
- Ability to independently manage field and office responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
