Job Summary
Environmental Monitoring & Sample Management Supervisor in Ghent leads a 10-15 person team to ensure GMP-compliant environmental monitoring and sample management activities, overseeing EM coordination, data review, and deviation resolution; drives workflow optimization, standardization, and warehouse-related activities; collaborates with Operations, Warehouse, and IPL QC to support timely product release; role requires a hands-on, coaching leader with strong communication, organization, and continuous-improvement mindset; minimum bachelor's in Life Sciences, Logistics, or related field, with 3+ years in a regulated setting and prior people-management experience; fluent English is required and Dutch is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent through experience
- three years of experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, preferably in pharma or biotech
- first experience in managing and leading a team
- proven experience with process coordination and operational workflows
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
