Job Summary
Lead environmental management across bids and projects in NSW, delivering environmental services such as waste management, ecological and land-management activities, and emergency planning. Develop, review and implement project environmental plans and CEMPs, provide specialist environmental advice to Design, Procurement, Commercial and Construction teams, coordinate risk management and incidents, oversee contractor/specialist consultants, and ensure compliance with relevant statutes, regulations, standards and policies while supporting sustainable development and local regulatory requirements. The role includes travel to metropolitan and regional NSW sites and offers hybrid working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in environmental engineering, environmental science, statutory or strategic planning, environmental management or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (8+ years in infrastructure construction preferred)
- Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (preferred but not essential)
