Job Summary
Drive business growth and strategic leadership for environmental projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles Region by expanding Environmental Services practice and building relationships with agencies, municipalities, utilities, and private-sector clients. Oversee project delivery, technical quality, budgets, and schedules as a Senior Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge while leading pursuits, proposals, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations. Guide multidisciplinary teams delivering CEQA/NEPA compliance, permitting, biological resources, cultural resources, air quality, and noise services. Represent Psomas through professional organizations, conferences, and community engagement. Leverage a nationally recognized ENR-ranked firm's multidisciplinary capabilities and established client relationships to expand the environmental footprint across Southern California.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, land development, planning/policy, wildlife biology, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of environmental consulting experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Proven success, growing client relationships and winning new business
- Experience serving as Senior Project Manager, Principal-in-Charge, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of CEQA/NEPA and California environmental permitting
