Job Summary
Drive business growth and provide strategic leadership for environmental projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles Region. Expand Environmental Services through strategic business development, client engagement, and leading pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations. Build relationships with agencies, municipalities, utilities, and private-sector clients while overseeing project delivery, technical quality, budgets, and schedules as a Senior Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge. Guide multidisciplinary teams delivering CEQA/NEPA compliance, permitting, and related environmental services, and represent the firm through professional organizations and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, land development, planning/policy, wildlife biology, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of environmental consulting experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Proven success, growing client relationships and winning new business
- Experience serving as Senior Project Manager, Principal-in-Charge, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of CEQA/NEPA and California environmental permitting
