Job Summary
EHS Manager at DrinkPAK based in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety rules/regulations and driving EHS programs across a beverage-manufacturing environment. Develop and implement safety programs, training, and procedures; manage hazard evaluations and KPI-driven improvements; coordinate Safety Committee activities; advise locations on safety and environmental compliance; stay current with OSHA/DOT/EPA/NFPA requirements; strong emphasis on creating a safety-focused culture and leading multi-site initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Occupational Health or related field and 5–10 years of manufacturing EHS experience; knowledge of applicable regulations; and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; OSHA training credentials and leadership abilities are valued; physical requirements include the ability to work on-site and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health or related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA, and other governmental regulations and laws
- Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others
