Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager

Job Summary
Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager responsible for leading plant EHS programs to minimize environmental impact and maintain a safe workplace. Oversees air emissions, wastewater, waste management, permitting, and regulatory interactions; drives compliance with OSHA/Cal/ EPA and DOT regulations; develops and delivers training to managers and employees; conducts inspections, audits, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting; supports a culture of safety and environmental stewardship; guides the plant in achieving zero injuries and world-class performance; collaborates with the Central Safety Committee and ensures timely environmental reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, Environmental Health, or Environmental Health and Safety
- At least five years of industrial safety experience
- CSP certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building and leading teams
- Thorough understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
- Skill in interpreting State and Federal regulations and applying them to facility operations to ensure compliance
- Experience conducting risk assessments and audits
Desired Qualifications
