Job Summary
Lead and manage the company-wide safety and regulatory compliance program across locations for AIR Control Concepts. Develop and implement safety programs and policies in line with OSHA/state regulations, conduct audits and investigations, oversee training initiatives, and drive accountability to improve safety performance. Collaborate with Operations, HR, Facilities, and leadership to promote a strong safety culture, manage OSHA recordkeeping, coordinate inspections, support incident investigations, and lead actions to reduce incidents and claims while maintaining regulatory postings and documentation. Requires strong communication, leadership, and data analysis skills, with travel to various sites (approximately 50%).
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
