Job Summary
EHS Field Specialist responsible for ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance across MWG field operations; conducts inspections, leads incident investigations, and fosters a proactive safety culture across multiple jurisdictions. Provides guidance on Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and risk assessments; ensures proper PPE use; advises on hazardous waste handling and ergonomic assessments; develops clear EHS communications and delivers training to Operations Leaders; supports incident response, CAPA development, and documentation; participates in EHS audits and monitoring of records; explores AI/data tools to enhance safety management; compensation range shown aligns with the role’s minimum to maximum figures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
- Master’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
- OR 9+ years of progressive, direct, hands-on experience in a field-based EHS role
- Preferred certifications: ASP, CSP, CIH, OHST
