Job Summary
Conduct safety inspections, evaluate hazards, and implement safety protocols while managing all environmental concerns including EPA and City regulations. Evaluate and select training programs to prepare for environmental, health, and safety situations, and train employees on proper safety procedures. Perform OSHA reporting, manage safety meetings, and provide performance reports to the CEO. Requires a college degree in chemistry or environmental services, experience in PCB manufacturing, and ability to communicate orally with board members, customers, and vendors. Occasional travel by airplane and automobile is necessary.

- Ability to apply statistical calculations, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, and sampling theory
- Ability to understand and utilize financial reports and legal documents
Desired Qualifications
- A college degree with a major in chemistry or environmental services
- Equivalent amount of experience working within PCB manufacturing or a closely related industry
- Experience in a technical or manager position
- Demonstrated leadership skills
