Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Lead HSE program design and execution for a heavy industrial fabricator in Vancouver, WA. As the primary HSE professional and manager of the overall HSE mission, you will plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives in alignment with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and industry best practices. You will provide visible leadership, identify hazards, pause unsafe work when necessary, drive incident reporting and investigations, develop and deliver training, ensure environmental compliance, manage industrial hygiene activities, coordinate waste and stormwater programs, maintain records and metrics, and collaborate with customers, subcontractors, insurers, regulators, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications include 3+ years of progressive HSE experience in relevant environments, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferred CSP/CIH/CHMM/ASP/OHST certifications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with associate or bachelor’s degrees related to safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, engineering, or business preferred. The role is onsite with occasional remote flexibility, in a shop/office environment with potential travel. The position offers a salary range of $115,000–$150,000 plus benefits, PTO, bonus, and 401(k) contributions." ,
