Job Summary
Environmental Health & Safety Director responsible for segment-wide leadership, strategy, governance, and accountability for safety, health, and environmental compliance across manufacturing facilities, field installation operations, and support groups. Drives a proactive, world-class safety culture, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports operational excellence across all areas including curtainwall fabrication and field installation. Leads safety strategy, governance, incident investigations, audits, training programs, and enterprise-wide safety communications; partners with operations leadership and subcontractors to build an effective safety program and drive continuous improvement through metrics, risk assessment, and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of construction or manufacturing experience in a large matrixed company
- 7+ years in EHS
- 7+ years of management experience including training and development
