Job Summary
Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator responsible for managing GloryBee's Health and Safety program, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing an Environmental Management System with a focus on sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
- 5 years of industry specific experience in a leadership capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate level skill in MS Office Suite to include: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn a variety of software programs and systems
- Experience capturing metrics and producing various reports
- Solid knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to safety, sustainability, DOT, and environmental aspects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and engage
- Demonstrated experience leading effective trainings and presentations
