Environmental, Health & Safety, and Human Resources Manager

Environmental Health and Safety/People Manager leads the integration of environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs with human resources initiatives to ensure OSHA/compliance, risk mitigation, and an inclusive, safe workplace. Responsibilities include developing and administering EHS policies, conducting safety audits and incident investigations, managing OSHA-related inquiries, coordinating training and certification records (including GHS/HazCom, SDS, LO/TO), and overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. The role requires leading safety programs, managing workers' compensation processes, ensuring regulatory compliance (federal/state/local including EEO, FMLA, FLSA), delivering training, driving safety culture, and aligning EHS with business objectives.
