Job Summary
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager leading safety and regulatory compliance initiatives at the Pearl, Mississippi facility. Partners with site leadership to build a strong safety culture, ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, manage EHS data and documentation, conduct audits and incident investigations, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. Requires a Bachelor’s in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field (preferred); at least 5 years of manufacturing EHS experience; knowledge of OSHA regulations; experience with audits, incident investigations, and training; CSP or CIH preferred; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
