Job Summary
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager needed to lead safety and compliance initiatives at Trilogy Communications’ Pearl, MS facility. You will develop, implement, and enforce EHS programs and ensure OSHA and applicable regulations are met; manage EHS data, investigations of incidents, and training programs; partner with site leadership to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement; maintain EHS records and support workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes; collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership; stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements
- Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and safety training
- Certification such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent preferred
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt experience is a plus
