Environmental, Health and Safety Manager

Lead O&M teams in implementing, administering, and improving EH&S programs while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct plant audits covering housekeeping and risk assessments, then analyze incident history, behavioral observations, and hazard reports to identify performance trends and create improvement strategies. Facilitate safety education programs and manage new employee onboarding to ensure regulatory and company safety management reviews. Develop and deliver training presentations on OSHA compliance, management programs, and cultural change processes. Report to the Vice President of EH&S to maintain a safe, environmentally compliant work environment across operations.
