Job Summary
Administrative Training Coordinator to manage EHS training program operations: maintain and update the UKG database, sync records with ISNetworld/Veriforce/Avetta, prepare for Safeland and Rigpass audits, monitor expirations for MSHA 48B, CPR, and other certifications; schedule onboarding and coordinate two EHS Trainers, organize specialized AI Data Center project trainings via the LMS (OSHA 10/30), liaise with Warren Technical Institute for enterprise-wide scheduling, maintain curriculum/materials for MSHA 48B and forklift/MEWP evaluations, and distribute Monthly Safety Topics. Requires 0-3 years in training/coordinator roles, strong computer skills, meticulous calendar management to avoid downtime, and excellent communication to coordinate between technicians, managers, and vendors. Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years in a training coordinator or administrative compliance role
- Experience with EHS/training environments in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Heavy Equipment preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail with expiration calendars (MSHA/OSHA 10/30)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate between field technicians, managers, and third-party vendors
