Job Summary
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Site Lead is responsible for all aspects of safety and environmental compliance, conducting regular audits, developing and maintaining EHS programs, managing training for employees, and overseeing incident investigations. The role requires proficiency in problem-solving tools, EHS regulatory compliance, and effective communication with employees and leadership. Additionally, the Site Lead manages the Workers’ Compensation process and coordinates EHS inspections, maintaining knowledge of the latest regulations. This position is vital in promoting a proactive safety management culture while ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines.
