Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct risk assessments, investigate accident root causes, and prepare reports with corrective actions. Coordinate safety and environmental trainings, manage the training database, and lead creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes. Evaluate facility exposure to hazards through inspections and monitoring, while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations. Manage the safety suggestions and incident reporting system, participate in production meetings, and support new hire orientations. Lead functional teams on moderate resource projects and assist with capital activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of EHS and OSHA regulations and standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct inspections and assessments in various conditions and environments, which may also require standing, walking, climbing, and lifting
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' experience in an EHS role
