Job Summary
Generate environment and health and safety reports, monitor trade effluent compliance, and manage statutory reporting. Execute purchase requisitions, maintain all records, and develop AI processes to improve EHS efficiencies. Organize project meetings, participate in cross-functional work, and enforce EH&S requirements while communicating concerns to management. Manage employee assessments, LMS Technician components, and optimize procedures, risk assessments, and document filing. Schedule training, track waste destruction certificates, generate metrics, and assist in ISO 14001 audit preparation across affiliates. Manage the contractor database and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and Cook's Code of Conduct. Work independently and as a team member to improve department operations.

- Relevant third level qualification
- Relevant experience
- Two+ years' experience in a similar role in a similar environment
- Good written and verbal command of English and French
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computer software, including AI
