Job Summary
Install flow monitoring systems within sewer lines and rainfall monitoring equipment; input data into GIS and other software; inspect sewer manholes manually or with telemonitoring equipment; operate and maintain instruments; document inspections with detailed field notes; adhere to safety requirements while assisting team members. Preference for candidates with GIS experience and field data collection knowledge; role involves outdoor work, confined spaces, and potential light travel; starting pay $23.50/hour with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- AS or BS degrees welcomed
- Valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to operate a company vehicle
- ability to detect, resolve and report equipment issues
- strong computer literacy
- GIS experience preferred
- field data collection experience preferred
- hand and/or power tool experience preferred
