Job Summary
Install flow monitoring systems in sewer lines and rainfall monitoring equipment; input data into software; inspect sewer manholes with telemonitoring as needed; operate and maintain field instruments; document inspections with detailed field notes; follow safety requirements and assist team members; this is an entry-level role with training provided; travel may be required; outdoor work year-round in varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (AS or BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or related field preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to detect and report equipment issues (electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred)
- Computer literacy and ability to use common software programs
- Ability to perform physical requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
