Job Summary
Senior Environmental Estimator leads Construction Design-Build and EPC estimates and proposals for a diverse portfolio of projects, guiding estimating strategy, reviewing schedules for validity, managing workload, leading risk reviews, ensuring quality estimates through standard estimating methodologies, guiding subcontractor solicitations and pre-qualification reviews, reviewing bids and pricing for bonds and insurance, and presenting estimates to clients while mentoring staff and contributing to pre-construction services and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, and 7 years of direct project estimating experience required
- Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
- Ability to work independently or in groups, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert with Microsoft Office, ConEst and K-base
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
