Job Summary
Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established procedures for soil, groundwater, and vapor sample collection. Performs limited portions of broader remediation system operations assignments involving calculations, simple tests, and technical report production. Identifies discrepancies in results and proposes approaches to solve new problems encountered. Provides guidance to entry-level engineers while performing work in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule under moderate supervision. Requires Bachelor's degree in engineering with two years of relevant experience, valid driver's license, and 40-Hour HAZWOPER training. Hybrid working model in Denver, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or closely related field
- Two (2+) years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening
- Background check
- Pre-employment substance abuse test
- In-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
Desired Qualifications
- Four years of field experience in environmental consulting
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training Supervisory
- Master's Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
