Environmental Engineer

Job Summary
Lead engineering projects from planning and permitting through design, construction, and closeout for municipal solid waste facilities, environmental infrastructure, and related civil works. Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and client expectations while coordinating with regulatory agencies including TCEQ, NMED, ODEQ, and EPA. Prepare engineering reports, permit applications, plans, specifications, and construction documents, serving as Engineer of Record where appropriate. Mentor EITs and junior engineers, providing technical direction on grading, drainage, stormwater, erosion control, and site development designs. Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, Biological Systems Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
- Professional Engineer registration in Texas, New Mexico, or Oklahoma
- Ability to obtain and maintain registration in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma
- Minimum 5 years of progressive engineering experience
