Job Summary
Lead engineering projects from planning and permitting through design, construction, and closeout for municipal solid waste facilities, environmental infrastructure, and related civil works. Prepare and oversee engineering reports, permit applications, plans, specifications, and construction documents while coordinating with TCEQ, NMED, ODEQ, EPA, and other regulatory agencies. Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and client expectations, and serve as Engineer of Record to seal engineering documents where appropriate. Mentor EITs and junior engineers while supporting business development, proposals, and client relationship management. Requires Professional Engineer registration in Texas, New Mexico, or Oklahoma and minimum five years of progressive engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, Biological Systems Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
- Professional Engineer registration in Texas, New Mexico, or Oklahoma
- Ability to obtain and maintain registration in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma
- Minimum 5 years of progressive engineering experience
