Job Summary
CDL Driver role traveling along an assigned route to pack, transport, and dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and work independently after proper training. Occasional overnights and some weekend work. Company card provided for hotel expenses and a daily stipend. Responsibilities include packing/transporting waste, completing required paperwork, loading/unloading at customer sites, loading truck with supplies, delivering high level customer service, performing pre-trip and post-trip checks, planning routes via daily paperwork, following DOT guidelines, and performing other duties as needed. Preferred qualifications include Hazmat knowledge and 1 year of route driving experience; benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plan, and PTO. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Hazmat endorsement
- Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check
- Willing and able to wear company-provided PPE such as eye protection, foot protection, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator (as needed)
- Basic knowledge of Windows-based software (Word, Excel)
