Job Summary
Environmental Designer at Jack Morton, responsible for designing environments across varied brands and industries, providing design and visualization support to leads, managing multiple projects, and producing photo-realistic renderings. You will present concepts to internal stakeholders, collaborate with the Creative department, stay current with design trends, translate feedback into final work, and demonstrate strong organization, accountability, and professional communication while contributing to an entrepreneurial, independent work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in Industrial Design, Architecture, Scenic Design, or other relevant degree
- 3–5 years of relevant design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in the event marketing or a creative solutions-based agency
- Proficiency in communicating with clients and internal stakeholders; ability to present concepts clearly
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with design tools and software relevant to environmental design (e.g., 3ds Max, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite, Unreal Engine is a plus)
- Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills
